Get out there and run, walk or ride your bike!
On Tuesday rode out with Gavin along the 54 bikeway from Plaza Bonita westward towards Pepper Park along the coast of the San Diego Bay. A ~8 mile ride that we finished in about half an hour.
Today, Gavin and I rode 3/4 of the Silver Strand. We parked in Imperial Beach and rode to the end of the Naval Amphibous Base and back.
This was all on our mountain bikes too, hard work but it always worth it.
