Sorry for the ugly subject (me)
I used my 5D Mark II/24-70L/580EXII tethered to my iMac, and shot through my 85 1.8 which I held out with my hand at the MFD of the 24-70. I then moved my head back and forward (pause) until I had myself a cool self portrait.
Oh yeah, LOTS of Photoshop.
