Post processing.
My favorite part of digital photography, I strive to keep the same tone and style with most of my photos. My software tools include Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Photomatix (for HDR)
I wanted a larger "canvas" for my post processing so I decided to upgrade my current home computer setup with a secondary display. I purchased a Samsung 23" LCD display capable of 1920 x 1090 resolution with 50,000:1 contrast ratio and 2ms refresh time. What I was most concerned with is the ability to seamlessly work with my iMac and it does so with shining colors! My glass desk is a bit crowded now, I placed my 1TB HD in between the monitors and moved my iPhone dock so it didn't block anything.
Today I was working on some pics that are on my point and shoot Canon G10, while browsing NikeTalk, Shoryuken and Craigslist concurrently haha. I also restored my iPhone as it has been really unreliable recently, it requires a "two button" hard reset every day! I have a Genius Bar appointment on Monday to get it looked over. While restoring I uploaded Kenna's album "Make Sure They See My Face" which I had on CD, but never uploaded to digital media. It is a great album that I wholeheartedly recommend, it features production by Chad Hugo of the Neptunes.
