Ben is healing his taint.

This morning Vinji, Gavin and I went on the first of our planned Saturday bike rides.

This particular ride was to introduce Gavin to the trails and ins and outs of mountain biking.

We ended up riding a total of 14 miles, 7 of which were on trails in East Chula Vista.

We found a trail (thanks to the help of some cool guys we met by Otay Lake) that straddled the coast of Otay Lake. Some funky and technical stuff there! There were sections that we could not navigate seated and had to walk.

My shins ended up bloody and my balls took quite a hit from my seat on one of the downhills.
