I found the best app ever for the iPad/iPhone.

It's called Air Video.

Basically it allows an iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch user to stream any video off their home computer to their device.

I know this has been done before, but Air Video is easily the most seamless implementations I have ever used. It works much better than MediaLink, the Mac application that I use stream videos to my PS3.

The great part about Air Video is that it doesn't matter what filetype (.avi, .mov, .mp4, .flv) the video is in... Air Video will convert it to a iPad/iPhone friendly filetype IN REAL TIME!
