What I learned: In post processing, there is no limits. For example in this picture there used to be a lamp. Anyway, I believe that a lot of photography is making use of your tools. In this case the most important tool was the dark purple lighting of the early evening and the stark red light of the lamp lighting the cold concrete wall. Oh yeah and Photoshop CS4.
