Ben is 50 again.

So on the way to the airport Damon and I stop by Nelson's Photo in Little Italy to burn some time.

Little did I know that I would walk out with an EF 50mm F/1.4 USM lens! I have been looking for this lens for a minute now, I paid a little more than I wanted to but I think it's worth it.

The funny thing is I asked Damon if I could borrow the nifty 50 (EF 50mm F/1.8 lens) for my trip to SF to see if I would like the 50 again on the 5D.

Pardon the douche named Ben in the pictures.

San Francisco blogs to come.

Look at how F/1.4 can make someone in the foreground disappear! Sorry D.

This is the oxidized clear coat and paint on the hood of a Emerald green first generation Ford Explorer SUV.

Who needs a macro lens??

Little Italy is TMF.

Again, the depth of field of an ultra wide aperture is very fun to manipulate.

The Benis himself. A douche, but a sharp douche though.

Look at how saturated the Infrared (not pink) color of the stitching on the back of my Air Structure Triax is. Nerdy and homo.

I am tired (hell at work and a 1.5 hour flight delay), but don't get me wrong I am also emo.
