Went on a Monday bike ride with Gavin (Call it Out Crew x SDSU) in East Chula.

Probably covered a good 12 miles or so, we rode as far east as the Olympic Training Center.

Hit up a very small dirt trail to show Gavin how the big boys (Chris and Mike) roll when they hit up the mountains. We were tired after one short but steep climb. Weak sauce! Gav even managed to hurt his shin.

We punished ourselves for our weakness by hitting up the Olympic Parkway grade, which is a 2.5 mile uphill climb.
