Ben is extreme.

Apple introduced a new generation of it's venerable wireless router, the Airport Extreme Base Station.

Improvements included a better antenna to allow for more consistent and reliable 5Ghz (dedicated 802.11n) wireless signals to capable devices (like my 27" iMac)

I also find the ability to share an external drive and printer via USB to be incredibly useful.

It took less than 5 minutes to configure this router!

I am noticing SIGNIFICANTLY increased speed when streaming video to my PS3 from my iMac via MediaLink.

Check out the unboxing.
