Had a chance to try out the 7D in the wild for a weekend.
Saturday we went to Golden Gate Park and checked out the California Academy of Sciences Museum. The museum has an aquarium, a planetarium, an enclosed rain forest and a living roof. There was a seasonal shark exhibit and Grace really freaked out haha.
Sunday had a get together for the Chargers/Steelers game. Jef, Crystal, Sommer and Myles came over. Too bad the Chargers were manhandled. The Chargers need some sort of Defensive passion. The coaching is there, the schemes look OK. The players are losing the 1-on-1 battles, the battles that used to be won by the likes of Jamal, Merriman, Cromartie and Shaun Phillips.
I was very impressed with the low light/high ISO performance of the 7D. The autofocus is spectacular, check out the penguins. These penguins swim FAST, these were all shot with AI Servo mode at f/2.8 (wide open)
Flew Southwest and BOTH flights were ONLY delayed 30 mins.
Shot with Canon EOS 7D with EF 24-70mm f/2.8L
