A set of Speedplay Zero clipless pedals and cleats. I hated my campus pedals (Shimano MTN SPD style) so I upgraded to these light, small and easy to unclip pedals.
I also purchased a Ascent fluid trainer so I can ride 30 minutes a day indoors in addition or instead of outside. I rode for 30 minutes and it is no joke, you cannot stop pedalling or free-wheel like you can on the road.
